Purchase of Products

When you place an order on gothicjewellerybox.com we shall email you an acknowledgement. The order isn’t accepted until time of dispatch at which time payment will be taken.

An order maybe rejected if payment cannot be authorised, your details are incomplete or identification of an error within the product description or price is identified.  Please also note that we will not ship to PO Boxes.

We reserve the right to refuse an order, but if there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.

Returns

Faulty Goods

If for any reason you find that your jewellery is faulty within 30 days of purchase, please use the returns form to return your item of jewellery for an exchange or refund of the original purchase price.  All fields marked with ‘*’ must be completed and we do require information on the fault.

Items should be returned by recorded delivery to the address below. Once we have received your item you will be refunded. 

None Faulty Goods

You may return any items received after delivery within seven working days via recorded delivery to the address below.  Once we have received your item you will be refunded. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items unless the items are faulty.

Cancellations

Cancellation of an order MUST be made prior to delivery.  Please use the contact form to cancel your order as soon as you can.  There is no charge to cancel an order and the full amount will be refunded via Paypal.
